Berries may be good for your eyes
Limited amounts of scientific research have shown that blueberries may have a role in helping to keep our eyes healthy.
It's thought that anthocyanins - the pigments that give blueberries their blue colour and act as antioxidants - may help to maintain the proper functions of the retina in the eye. More research is needed, but eating more blueberries certainly won't do any harm.
