Strawberry & Blueberry Smoothie
- 50g (2oz) Strawberry
- 50g (2oz) Blueberries
- 1 Banana, cut into chunks
- 200ml Low Fat Yogurt
- 2 tbsp wheat germ
Put all the ingredients in a blender except 1 tbsp of wheat germ reserved to sprinkle on top. Whizz the ingredients up until smooth.
Pour into glass & sprinkle the wheat germ on top.
