To boost your vitamin C levels
Take the tops off 100g (4oz) or 7 medium strawberries
Add a 2cm piece of peeled and sliced root ginger and
2 tablespoons of runny honey,
1 peeled banana
250 ml of milk to replenish lost fluids.
Blitz together until smooth, pour into 2 glasses and feel your body thanking you. If there’s a crowd, just double or triple the quantities.
