Losing weight if you need to doesn’t just benefit your health – it can also help you look and feel better and give you more energy. There’s no magic cure for shifting those excess pounds. The easiest way to lose weight safely and sensibly is to eat a balanced, healthy diet that’s slightly lower in calories than you’re used to, combined with more exercise.
